Empirical Scales

There are two sets of empirical scales, the Functional Scales and the Job Performance Scales. These dimensions were developed by correlating elements of the eTest profiles with a large number of functional positions and performance evaluations.

The Functional Scales measure the similarity (or lack thereof) of the person’s self‑perceptions to those of successful people in six different job types.

The Job Performance Scales reflect the likelihood that a person with this personality profile will get a high rating on each of six job performance scales.
